I went to a cake exhibtion today. A fantastic exhibition that is housed in the Future Gallery which is a cosy delightful little gallery. Greeted at the door by colourful ballons and cupcakes on a tiered stand the friendly mad artists bunch look quirky and a little offbeat but not mad! Lots of cake making, biscuit word eating and marvelous imaginative sugary sculptures makes this something to go and experience.
